Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CEGA (Centre of Excellence in Gaming and Animation).
"By using our site, participating in our incubation programs, booking our labs, or attending our training sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms."
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of CEGA's facilities, services, and online platforms.
Eligibility
Our programs are designed for specified talent tiers. To be eligible for CEGA services, you must:
Age Requirement
Be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental/guardian consent where applicable.
Profile Verification
Provide accurate and truthful information during application for incubation or training.
Compliance
Not be a resident of a country sancitoned for international tech trade.
Selection Process
Adhere to the merit-based selection criteria for CEGA Creator League and Incubation.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use CEGA resources for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Respect the co-working environment and fellow creators (zero harassment policy).
- No 'mining' or unauthorized use of our Rendering Labs for crypto or non-project activities.
- Unauthorized copying of training material or proprietary curriculum is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing access credentials for the CEGA portal or lab booking system is not allowed.
Intellectual Property
Our IP: All CEGA logos, training curriculum, and proprietary software are owned by CEGA or its partners. You receive a limited, revocable license to use these for learning and incubation purposes only.
Your IP: CEGA makes no claim of ownership over the games or animations you create during incubation or using our co-working space, unless otherwise specified in a separate commercial agreement.
Liability
CEGA provides services "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that our facilities (Rendering Labs, Co-working) will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall CEGA be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our resources.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CEGA facilities or digital platforms at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the CEGA mission.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore/Islamabad.
